Clean Remodel are professionals, and quickly stopped water leaking from broken pipe while we were away. They continued to be very responsive over several weeks, coordinating well and successfully with us and the insurance co. with comprehensive and professional construction repair estimate. Alberto was great in finding damaged pipe, drying walls and floors quickly with several fans and dehumidifiers. Enrique and whole team were clear and friendly, guiding and explaining each step to us to navigate to successful restoration of our home. We recommend these guys without hesitation. Thank you.

Great team from top to bottom. Enrique was friendly, answered all our questions and provided a detailed breakdown of the scope of work. Monica was warm and gracious with scheduling and keeping open communication prior to job start. Alberto and Nielsen were amazing day of, set up quickly and got right to work. Went above and beyond making sure we were happy with all aspects at several points of the job, stayed calm and flexible when adjustments were needed and left our space impeccable. So happy to have found this team and will be keeping them on our radar for all future work!

My elderly neighbors called me Friday night telling me that they had water leaking into their home from the roof. I called Enrique at Clean Remodel. Kevin, the Clean Remodel manager, called my neighbors and immediately brought their stress levels down. A crew was on site within 24 hours. They were professional, respectful, communicated what exactly was happening on the roof, and did a fantastic job removing the ice dam. My neighbors could not be happier with the work done on their roof. Enrique and his team at Clean Remodel are the gold standard. I cannot recommend them enough! Absolute professionals.

We recently experienced an oil burner puff back with soot that traveled to every room in our home. Kevin came over immediately to assess the damage and draw up a plan and the very next day had a significant cleaning crew start what was a one week process of cleaning followed by several days of painting.
Each and every one of his crew did a fabulous job and were the most pleasant, accommodating people I have worked with.
Having been in the insurance business for over 50 years I can speak from experience. CleanRemodel was hands down the best company of their kind in the business.
Why wouldn’t you want to do business with a family run operation that truly cares and provides real customer service and responsiveness?

Enrique, Kevin and team did an amazing job restoring our laundry room after water damage. They did major repairs in the ceiling, plastering and painting, overall beautiful and high quality job within few days, for very reasonable price, worked clean and fast. The room looks like new now. Highly recommend this team and company to everyone.

I had an unfortunate water leak that damaged the hardwood floor and basement of my condo unit and hired Clean Remodel to remediate the damage and handle the reconstruction. Enrique and Kevin were very professional, consultative and responsive throughout the whole process. Clean Remodel also helped deal with the insurance companies, which was appreciated to get through a stressful event. When I noticed there was an issue with the finished floors that occurred due to an issue with the sander, Enrique did not hesitate to have his crew fix the issue. I was very happy with my first experience with Clean Remodel, I had hired them again 4 years later when I had a separate issue with my master bathroom. Again, Enrique and team came through with a great job on the restoration and I ended up with a beautiful bathroom that I’m very pleased with.

Fantastic service & support. I highly recommend Clean Remodel & Kevin greatly. My property is a condo unit that sustained water damage in the ceiling. Not only was Kevin knowledgeable and provides quality work, he made my experience dealing with the complex HOA much more manageable than usual, and with supporting filing a claim. I will call them again the next time disaster strikes.
