They did nice work to address a water leak, ensure it dried out and that the cause of the leak was fixed. But communication lacked follow through and they never completed the ‘repair’ portion of the project to replace ceiling and fix wall damage caused by their equipment. We used Clean Remodel when our water boiler overflowed and hot, boiling water spread across our finished, and unfinished basement floors causing thousands of dollars worth of damage complicated by mold remediation x2, and asbestos abatement. Clean Remodel handled everything. Monica in the office was incredibly patient, thorough and timely. Enrique arrived at our home the next morning, taking photos, answering our many questions, and planning our drying and demolition. We had many teams work on our house over the course of weeks. The teams were timely, friendly, efficient and thorough. Alberto, Alex, Jason, and many others understood our concerns regarding dust, and wanting to keep the non-affected spaces clean, so they put barriers in place to keep the rest of the house clean. If I could rate the Clean Remodel team 6 stars, I would! We had water damage from ice dams and Clean Remodel came immediately to assess the damage and come up with a plan.
