2. Estimates & Payment Terms

Free estimates are provided based on initial property assessment.
Final pricing may be adjusted depending on scope changes or discovered conditions.
Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For insurance-covered work, clients are responsible for deductibles and uncovered costs.

3. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide timely access to your property for inspection, service, and equipment delivery. If access is denied or delayed, Clean Remodel reserves the right to reschedule or adjust fees accordingly.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service:

Report property issues as soon as possible
Keep pets and valuables secured during service
Notify us of any hazardous materials or structural concerns

5. SMS Messaging & Communication

By submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your estimate, service schedule, or job updates.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

6. Warranties & Limitations

Clean Remodel provides services in accordance with industry standards and applicable state guidelines. While we stand by the quality of our work, we do not guarantee prevention of future damage beyond our scope of service.

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by insurance carriers or third parties
Pre-existing or unrelated damage not addressed in the contract
Client failure to follow post-restoration recommendations
